The Phils, now in their 14th year, are organized by the Ottawa chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Ms. McInnes says the advent of tough economic times makes the awards more important than ever. 'It's time for the people who can (donate) to recognize this is not a year they should hold back.'"
