So says the Singapore Red Cross Society of its Tidal Asia Waves Fund, that was set up after the Asian Tsunami on Boxing Day 2004.
As of today, $83 million of the $88m funds have gone towards rebuilding homes, schools, factories, farms and piers in areas affected by the tsunami."
