Hong Kong Tycoon Gives US$118 Million For MIT Real Estate Lab | Wealth-X: "Hong Kong billionaire Samuel Tak Lee and his son Samathur Li, the owners of Hong Kong-based property developer Prudential Enterprise, have donated US$118 million to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with the intention of establishing a real estate entrepreneurship lab that will promote social responsibility in the business worldwide, particularly focusing on China, according to the South China Morning Post."
