Alberta non-profit groups get $20 million in provincial funding: "EDMONTON — Premier Ed Stelmach followed through on a two-year-old $20-million promise Wednesday, announcing nearly 1,500 Alberta-based non-profit organizations will see their donations matched with provincial dollars.
