Charity Finance | DSC speaks out on unfair requirements for small charities: "New income-based criteria are excluding small and medium-sized charities from applying for central government grants, according to the Directory of Social Change.

Its cites recently-launched grants on its government funding website, www.governmentfunding.org.uk, including the second round of the Department for Children, Schools and Families’ Youth Sector Development Fund which requires an average turnover between £1m and £5m for three years."
