National Theatre's first chief executive quits citing problems with leadership structure: "The National Theatre's first chief executive, Tessa Ross, has resigned after five months at the organisation, but will continue to work with the charity as a consultant.
Ross was appointed last year to work with new with director Rufus Norris as part of a proposed shake-up in the organisational structure. She joined the organisation in November and was due to formally take up the role of chief executive this month."
