To do checklist pared down for smaller charities

The 2007 Code of Governance of Charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) has been refined to provide greater flexibility to the different charities.
SMALLER charities whose annual receipts are less than $50,000 a year will have to fulfil fewer requirements in order to meet the recommended guidelines for charities in Singapore.
Such charities, which make up about 250 of the more than 2,000 charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) here, need to comply with only a core set of principles when following the Charity Council's Code of Governance."
