Charity rules condemned by schools - Telegraph: "The Independent Schools Council, which represents of fee-paying schools, said guidance from the Charity Commission could lead to schools increasing fees for some parents.
A letter sent to schools also claimed that the requirements may be illegal.
Under Government legislation, independent schools are no longer automatically entitled to charitable status."
