Umbrella body Cemvo goes into liquidation: Umbrella body and former Cabinet Office strategic partner the Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations (Cemvo) has informed the Charity Commission that it is in the process of winding up and has appointed a liquidator.
