Orange Benevolent Society passes philanthropic torch with $1 million gift to Dr. Noble Irwin Foundation - Local - The Southwest Booster: The Dr. Noble Irwin Regional Healthcare Foundation Inc. received a cheque in the amount of $1 million May 14 as one of the beneficiaries of the Orange Benevolent Society of Saskatchewan, headquartered in Indian Head since 1923, which is dissolving its 89-year-old philanthropic organization and disbursing its assets throughout the province.
