Hydro changes donations policy
Hydro changes donations policy: "MONTREAL – Hydro-Québec has approved a new version of its grants and donations policy, it was announced yesterday. The new regulations, set to come into force on Tuesday, will allow the public utility to set aside one per cent of its annual profits for grants and donations."
