Asian Philanthropy Forum: State of the world's wealth: "India, China and Brazil had the highest growth of high net worth individuals (HNWI) at the country level according to the latest Merrill Lynch and Capgemini report, World Wealth Report 2008. Driven by market capitalization growth in emerging countries, the wealth of the world's HNWIs increased by 9.4% in 2007.
